Recruitment Quality Policy
- When selecting personnel for our clients, we employ a one-to-one selection procedure for each category. This involves interviewing and screening every candidate before submitting their biodata for visa processing or client selection.
- Trade tests are conducted for skilled and semi-skilled workers. Further training is provided to selected candidates to ensure they meet international standards.
- Prior to departure, each worker receives a comprehensive briefing covering various topics, including working conditions, cultural norms, rules and regulations, conflict management, and communication strategies. This preparation aims to prevent and address potential issues upon arrival.
- We operate under the principle that “service delayed is service denied.” Therefore, we make every effort to deliver our services promptly.
- We guarantee the performance of each worker we select during their probationary period. If a worker proves unsuitable for their assigned role, we assume responsibility for their replacement at our own expense. This includes covering visa fees, repatriation costs, and other related expenses.
